At Little Light Therapy we are enthusiastic and caring Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping people to participate and function in their everyday activities that they want or need to do.
All our therapists have experience with working in the early childhood space. We also have experience working with older children, teenagers and young adults.
We endeavour to approach therapy from a strengths-based perspective and use a whole family approach.
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
Michelle is an enthusiastic and caring Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping people to participate and function in their everyday activities that they want or need to do. Michelle has 8 years of experience working in the healthcare sector and has a passion for educating those around her. Michelle has experience working with young children, teenagers and adults.
Michelle has also worked within a project capacity to assist with developing technology-based programs, including smart home modifications (Google technology), teaching individuals how to use their technological devices to improve quality of life.
Michelle endeavours to approach therapy from a strengths-based perspective and uses a whole family approach. Michelle has a particular interest in supporting clients with, sensory processing, motor skills, emotional regulation, social skills and activities of daily living. Michelle is passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing and develop the tools they need to live their life to the fullest.
Outside of work Michelle loves to spend her free time with her husband Andrew (our Operations Manager), at the gym, going for a walk, playing golf or tennis to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
Andrew is a passionate entrepreneur and husband to our Director Michelle. Andrew has held senior management positions in sales, marketing, supply chain and project management in large corporations for over 15 years.
Andrew is a dedicated operations management professional, strategist, trouble-shooter and change leader experienced in leading operations and supporting the people who make operations work. Andrew is passionate about helping others achieve the best they have set out to be.
Outside of work Andrew loves to spend his free time with his wife Michelle, at the gym, going for a walk, playing golf or tennis to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
Eliesa, who we call Ellie, is a bubbly and passionate Occupational Therapist! Ellie considers herself a ‘child at heart’ which makes her the perfect fit for our young people who visit us at Little Light Therapy. Ellie has more than 6 years’ experience working with children with different abilities and thoroughly enjoys supporting the needs of our client’s through incorporating fun and engaging OT therapy activities with a positive and strengths-based approach.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys playing sports, going outdoors, travelling, and bonding with her family and friends over great food!
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
Sierra is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who has experience working with a broad age group and with a wide experience of diagnoses. Sierra has a passion for learning, empowering and creating an inclusive social network and communication for all young people. She is also a proud advocate for the strengths-based approach, specifically, utilising an individual’s strengths and interests.
Outside of work Sierra enjoys spending time with her partner and friends at the beach, cooking up new creations in the kitchen, camping and loves to be kept company by her pets including her bearded dragon, two beagles, and three guppies (fish).

Tia is an Occupational Therapist with experience supporting children and individual's with diverse needs. She is passionate about creating safe and supportive environments for young people and their families, promoting independence through a holistic and individualised approach. She strives to make therapy engaging and fun, ensuring each child feels empowered in their journey.
Tia brings her warmth and commitment to Little Light Therapy to make a positive impact for young people and families.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, going for walks, baking, and reading.
Jenny is our Accounts Officer (and Michelle's mum!). Jenny has over 40 years of experience in accounting, with a business degree, accounting major, having worked for private businesses, local government and not-for-profits. Numbers are ‘her thing’ and in semi-retirement enjoys swimming, gym, choir and working with her husband on a macadamia farm.
Jacob is our excitable and loving labradoodle, who recently graduated as a therapy dog. While he’s still learning his new role , his playful nature we hope will make him a favourite among our young people. Jacob will help to create a comforting and relaxed environment, bringing joy and support as the kids work towards their goals.
